The Passive House design service was provided by Homegrid.
It was concluded the first Passive House office and Passive House retrofit in Portugal. It is Homegrid’s office and headquarters, wich was renovated entirely on the inside. The heating demand was reduced in 75% guaranteeing high levels of thermal comfort and good air quality.
In 2024 this office became the 1ª commercial building in the world to achieve Passive House certification.
