Diseases caused by fluoride:
Dental and skeletal fluorosis: when fluoride is ingested, it competes with magnesium and calcium in the teeth and bones, which disrupts the delicate processes of bone formation and resorption;
When a person passes the age of 30, 40, and definitely 50, they begin to suffer from fractures due to bone fragility, back pain, bone deformities, arthritis… all of this ‘out of nowhere.’
Neurotoxicity: adverse effect on the structure or function of the central and/or peripheral nervous system, in this case predominantly in the brain. Fluoride as a neurotoxin that has harmful effects on brain development
(fluoride-induced depression, decreased IQ or other cognitive impairments in children, accumulation in the pineal gland and crystallisation, causing inactivity or hyperactivity; damage to the hippocampus and, consequently, learning and memory impairments; Fluoride also helps substances such as aluminium to enter the brain, which is linked to Alzheimer’s disease; it also binds to iodine receptors in the thyroid, displacing iodine and causing hypothyroidism).
Reduced fertility: fluoride impairs the ability of sperm to fertilise the egg through a process known as chemotaxis
Cardiotoxicity: a condition in which there is damage to the heart muscle
Endocrine dysfunction: hormonal disruption, leading to hormonal imbalance – 150 or more diseases alone stem from thyroid imbalance
Hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity: chemical damage to the liver and kidneys.
Avoiding fluoride is essential to begin detoxifying the body.
To start, you should replace your toothpaste and tap water with fluoride. Distilled water or water with a good reverse osmosis filter can be considered fluoride-free.
I recommend brushing your teeth with coconut oil, perhaps adding a little activated charcoal and crystal/peppermint oil to whiten and flavour.
Avoid tablets, especially antidepressants, which contain fluoride and thus cause what they are intended to solve.
Avoid aluminium and fluoride kitchen utensils (Teflon, non-stick) and use classic stainless steel, copper or iron utensils, or even glass for cooking or baking. *Even silicone passes into baked goods.
