The proposal presented concerns a detached single family house with 2 floors, with a deployment area of 101,2 m2 and a construction area of 228,20 m². With the proposed implantation it is sought to respect the orthogonal alignment in relation to the public road and to maximize solar gains with the largest windows facing south. The proposal is constituted by a simple volumetry of a volume corresponding to the dwelling, with a gable roof and with projecting volumes referring to the balconies/terraces, which also function as shading and protection from the rain.
