Single family house - Homegrid

The Passive House design service was carried out by Homegrid.

This project refers to the rehabilitation with Passive House solutions of a single-family residential building that was vacant. The building located in Ílhavo was subject to a thorough rehabilitation complying with the EnerPHit performance. One of the main concerns, besides thermal comfort, indoor air quality and energy efficiency, was the optimization of the cost-benefit, which included the definition of effective solutions with a great concern for the construction cost.
